ART COMMISSIONS GUIDELINES, PRICING, ToS, etc.

GUIDELINES

• All details will be discussed via my commissions form and socials or email.
• I may take from a few days to 3 months max depending on the queue.
• You are responsible in ensuring all expected details, references and general appearance of the artwork are thoroughly delivered to me. Be specific and I will assume the rest to be up to my creative direction.
• All finished artworks are sent through email (google drive folder).
• I take rush and anonymous commissions (costs may apply for the former part).
• I draw: fanarts, character designs/ocs, cover illustrations, backgrounds (as long as there are references), portraits, etc.
• I won’t draw: graphic sexual content (nudity is fine), super detailed background (unless a clear reference is provided) and anything out of my comfort zone.

PAYMENT

• Clients are expected to have the funds ready and handle currency conversion before inquiring for a commission.
• Payments are only accepted through Paypal (USD) and GCash (PHP) for local transactions.
• Due to my own (business use) Paypal getting banned, I am unable to send invoices abroad and currently using an alternative (personal use) Paypal. NOTE: Paypal charges a fee of 5% from the sender (max. $5). Take into account the additional $5 or less that will be added your payment.
• Once the sketch has been sent and approved, cancellation and refund requests are prohibited.
•Full payment is required after the sketch has been approved.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing my services (digital art), you are expected to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully.

ARTIST’S TERMS OF SERVICE

• By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms and conditions written here.
• I explicitly prohibit my art to be used for any Artificial Intelligence (AI) purposes. Do not upload any of my art to any AI sites as this could compromise my work.
• I do not allow NFT usage of any of my works.
• By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an artist only.
• All of my works are under my intellectual property, meaning I reserve all rights to post any works to my portfolio and socials.
• I reserve all rights to use commissioned artworks for my own commercial gain, except for cases of original character/s (OC) commissions.

FINAL ARTWORK

• The client must acknowledge my level of artistic skill and stylization and that there may be possible inconsistencies with my past work.
• I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished design if no past feedback was given to amend it.
• You may use your commissioned artwork for personal uses. (eg. profile displays, phone/desktop wallpapers, printing/physical reproduction for non-commercial use).
• You are allowed to post my works on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to any of my socials.
• For personal commissions, you are prohibited from profiting off my artwork in any way.
• You may not claim my work as your own nor trace over my work as “base.”
• You are not allowed to erase or modify my watermark as it serves to indicate the artwork as my intellectual property.

PERSONAL USE PRICING (base price)

COMMERCIAL USE PRICING

• For commercial use, minimum increase is up to 300% of the base price (3x the base price). I may offer discounts in some cases.
• The total price, as well as any other royalties, of commissions for commercial use will be agreed upon upfront.
• The following are considered commercial use: physical reproduction and selling of the artwork publicly or privately, profiting off the artwork through business platforms/sites.
